ETHICS TOPICS TO CONSIDER WHEN PUBLISHING:

The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of work of the author and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior.

Other useful information specifically developed for editors but useful for anyone with a deep interest in the topic is the Publishing Ethics Resource Kit.

Submitting Papers: The article should be submitted in  January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November and December.  The authors should submit their articles two (2) weeks before the expected month of publication. The article should be formatted in Microsoft world via official email. The authors should submit articles that are submitted for consideration in any journal. They should submit original and unpublished articles.

Authors Guideline for Submission: The following guidelines are to follows in formatting articles for this journal

• APA style, 7^th edition
• APA style of table formatting
• APA style of Figure formatting
• Line spacing is 1.5 and font size is 12 while font style is Times New Roman
• The names, positions, institutional affiliations, telephones, email address of the authors should be on the First Page of the article with Abstract
• The abstract should not be more than 250 words and it should be italicized.
• The article should provide 4-6 keywords after the abstract
• The length of the article should be less than 20 pages and 4,000 – 7000 words tables,        figures, and references.
• Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively. 

Article Formatting Guideline for Submission:

The article should be formatted on this sequent:

Introduction (background to the study, statement of the problem,  gap of the study, objectives of the study and scope of the study). The listed sub- items should be formatted in the article using paragraphs to differentiate them.  The background to the study should be brief and strength forward and variables should be discussed in the introduction. 

Literature review: The literature should be review in three aspects (conceptual framework, empirical framework and theoretical framework). in an empirical review, authors should review works that are current and should critic the empirical studies that discovered the weakness and strength of the previous studies. In the conceptual framework, authors should provide a construct in the review and also critic the concept. However, theory should be relevant and the authors should provide the link between the theory and the variables. The authors should indicate the relevance of the theory to the study.

Methodology: The authors should address methods in this format (research design, population, sample size, sample techniques, methods of data collection, methods of data analysis).

Data Analysis: (authors should use adequate and proper statistical tools as well as suitable statistical tools for analysis of data).

Conclusion and Recommendations

The article should be concluded based on findings, and recommendations should be noted based on the specific objectives. The recommendations should be numbers if there is more than one.

References: The authors should reference any article that is cited in the article. They should follow APA 7^th edition of Journal referencing and book references.  

Plagiarism policy: The journal accepted article with 20% plagiarism rate or similarity rate. 

Publication Payment: The payment for the article should be done if the article is approved for publication. If the article is reviewed and approved, the author will be required to pay the sum of 120 USD. using the paypal or direct card payment method in the Online Payment menu of the site
